Heart Failure Awareness Week

The Canadian Heart Failure Network plays a key role to educate people about the risk factors and consequences of heart failure.

Heart Failure Awareness Week is an interactive event that allows people to learn more about the causes, signs and symptoms of heart failure and informs them how to live with heart failure symptoms to how to best manage their condition.
