- How can I get referred to a Heart Function or Heart Failure Clinic?
You will need to visit your GP and ask for a referral to your local heart function clinic. Clinics that are a part of the Network are listed here.
- I have heart failure, where can I find more information about my illness?
There are many websites that cover heart failure and what it is. Apart from the information that the CHFN provides, there are a number of excellent information sources that we recommend. These include The Heart and Stroke Foundation, American Heart Association and BC Heart Failure Network.
